Payment Options
There are various ways to pay for your DNA testing requirements and these include the following:
Credit Card
We accept Visa and MasterCard and payment can be made directly through our website. You can be assured that your payment is secure and all your information is encrypted. You can also make the payment over the phone by calling our Sydney or Brisbane office and placing the order through one of our customer service team. Once the payment is confirmed we will arrange to have your DNA testing kit sent out to you the same day by express mail.
Cash
Payment can be made in cash only at our Brisbane office and only if prior notice has been given to our customer service team. Following notification a case reference number will be allocated to you over the phone or by email. To collect your kit you will need to quote your case number at our reception and can make the payment in cash. Please have the exact money available when making your payment in cash at our office.
Postal Order / Cheques
Another option for payment is by postal order or cheque made payable to our Financial Controller who would be responsible for cashing the postal orders. It must be made payable to: M. Pace. You can send the postal order to either of our offices enclosing a note with your name, address, type of DNA test required and your case number (if one has already been allocated to you).
Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit
Payment can also be made by bank transfer or deposit. You will need to contact us for further details.
PayPal Payment
If you would like to make a payment through Paypal, then you have to send an email to info@easydna.com.au advising us what test you want to order and the email address to send you the PayPal payment request.
