In an attempt to improve its service to customers, the international DNA Paternity testing firm, easyDNA, has slashed the prices of its Express Testing Service. Sydney, AUSTRALIA 10/07/2008 One of the world’s leading DNA testing companies, easyDNA, has reduced the price of its Express DNA testing service. With price reductions of up to 30% in all of their national and international markets, the company believes that it has improved its service to customers. The express service enables the usual 5-7 day service to be reduced to just 2 days within the samples being received at the laboratory. Sales and Marketing Director Andrew Alexander commented “Waiting for the results of a relationship DNA test can be very stressful, and at easyDNA we believe that by reducing our prices in this way we will render the express service more affordable to an increased number of our customers". “The demand for this express DNA testing service is high because, having had the samples taken, people then want the results as soon as they can get them. More people are now expected to choose this option, which will place a greater strain on our logistics, but our laboratories have invested in increased capacity to meet the expected demand, and our internal logistics have also been improved as part of our continuous improvement policy.
