SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA 15/09/2009 – International DNA testing firm easyDNA has just opened a new regional office, making that its sixteenth international office since the firm started doing business.
The company progressed with its policy of expanding globally with a new administration office in Romania, and after only two weeks, it was taking in steady orders for a range of the firm's products such as DNA Paternity Testing, Forensic DNA tests and Relationship testing. The office is a continuation of easyDNA's expansion policy.
One of the reasons for the policy of easyDNA to open regional offices is that prospective clients put more trust in those that speak their own language, particularly if they are local. Ordering in your own language and paying in your own currency has always been the preferred human option, and for this reason, where possible, the staff in all easyDNA regional administrative offices is bilingual and highly trained in the scientific principles of DNA testing. This enables them to be able to answer questions put them competently and in the clients own language.
These policies should be sufficient to prove that easyDNA takes customer support seriously, in fact as important as the international accreditation of its scientific competence is taken. It takes both to offer a product of the highest excellence.
In fact, were proof needed, the company is now receiving a number of requests for their services from residents of the other Balkan states in the area, all of which are being handled by the same office. Balkans trust Balkans!
The fifteen offices that make up the total of 16 with Romania are UK, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, Italy, Belgium, South Africa, Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Mexico, India and the USA and Australia with two each.
The Sales and Marketing Director of easyDNA, Andrew Alexander, stated that the company is committed to a policy of expansion into new worldwide markets such that the needs of the customers of the company would always come first commensurate with excellence of product quality. The major focus of the firm would be on providing the best levels of customer service and satisfaction possible.
He said, "We shall have a worldwide network of regional offices staffed by people that can speak their own language. In fact, our office staff will be multilingual, thus enabling any client to discuss their fears and concerns relating to DNA testing in a choice of languages. All customers should have access to one of our regional offices, and therefore receive the best available service from the company.
Our commitment to international expansion will continue through 2009 and into 2010 and further." |
