A recent expansion program by easyDNA has produced impressive results for the company leading to a more than projected increase in turnover.
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA 31/01/2010 - easyDNA Limited, a leader in the field of DNA Paternity and Relationship testing, has identified a heavy investment in recruitment to operate an expansion program involving regional administrative offices in 14 countries worldwide as the reason for an astounding increase in sales over a 12 month period.
The company's Business Development Director, made the comment that the firm's investment in an experienced management team to operate these regional offices with a focus on local customer service, was critical the success of the expansion program. The team was recruited to ensure the rapid levels of growth were not permitted to take management's eye off the customer service ball that was predominantly responsible for the increase in sales. According to him, "This was done to ensure that during these periods of growth we kept sight of the high levels of customer service that won our high reputation for us."
Director of Sales and Marketing, Andrew Alexander, added that, "The Company has entered a number of markets that are new to us, such as Nigeria, India and Mexico, none of which previously had good access to DNA testing services. With the expansion of easyDNA into these markets, prospective customers now have access to affordable DNA testing that can answer all their questions regarding their biological relationships.
