Payment Options

EasyDNA Australia offers you various ways to pay for your DNA test – please review the following options:

Credit Card

We accept Visa and MasterCard and payment can be made directly through our website. You can be assured that your payment is secure and all your information is encrypted. EasyDNA is part of an international group and an international payment system. Very occasionally the client’s bank may charge a small fee. Although this is out of our control, we will always refund this fee upon receipt of statement. Payments on your statement will show as General Genetics Corporation.

You can also make the payment over the phone by calling our Brisbane office and placing the order through one of our customer service team. Once the payment is confirmed we will arrange to have your DNA testing kit sent out to you the same day by express mail.

Cash

Payment can be made in cash only at our Brisbane office and only if prior notice has been given to our customer service team. Following notification a case reference number will be allocated to you over the phone or by email. To collect your kit you will need to quote your case number at our reception and can make the payment in cash. Please have the exact money available when making your payment in cash at our office.

Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit

Payment can also be made by bank transfer or deposit.

PayPal Payment

If you would like to make a payment through Paypal, then you have to send an email to info@easydna.com.au advising us what test you want to order and the email address to send you the PayPal payment request. We will then confirm the price of the test and send you the payment request so that you can complete the transaction.
